Returns Policy

 

We hope you are pleased with every purchase you make at Almaarie.  However if for some reason you need to send them back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to return.

 

Products should be sent back in the original, unused condition, with all Almaarie and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted. Please make sure to read the return product policy, before returning your items.

 

Please note we do not accept exchanges.

 

Products on clearance (final sale markdowns) are not returnable. For these items this information will be clearly presented in the description.

How to Return

 

You have 28 days from the date you received the item to return it.

 

If the payment for the purchase was made through PayPal you can use their 'Return Shipping on Us' service to return the items and request PayPal for a refund on the shipping cost. This service is free to customers, however you will need to activate the service. Please see PayPal's terms and condition to find out more.

 

For items purchased through any method other than through PayPal you will have to pay for the return postage.  Postage cost is not reimbursable. The return address is based in London, United Kingdom.

 

Please follow the following steps to return your purchase

  1. Register your return using the Register a Return form below and we will then email you with returns instructions.
  2. Fill in the returns sheet that was sent with your order. If you require a replacement returns sheet please contact us and we will send you one via email. Include the completed returns sheet with the items.
  3. Pack the products in the original packaging and include the returns sheet in the box.
  4. Please note you will have to pay for return shipping. The return address is based in London, United Kingdom. For items over £100 it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Please keep all tracking information safe. For items lost during transit, we cannot be held responsible and hence cannot process a refund.
  5. Full amount for the items returned excluding the delivery charges for the orders will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks of receiving the items provided they meet our return product policy as described below.

 

Return Product Policy

Please take care trying on items as products must be sent back in the original, unused condition, with all Almaarie and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

 

Shoes must be returned without markings to the sole or shoe box.

 

We cannot accept returns of earrings or jewellery sets which include earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

 

Please return any dust bags and boxes as these are considered to be part of the product.

 

Please ensure the items are packaged properly as any item(s) returned with damage caused by insufficient packaging when returning the item(s) shall be returned to the customer.

 

Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products that appear on Almaarie website as accurately as possible. However, due to variation in computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely true to the real colour of the item.

 

We check and ensure all products that we send to you are in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at customerservices@almaarie.com.
